The lady «helping» me was being very rude, talking loudly about me to her colleague in Italian, assuming I dont speak The language (which i most certainly do, only I chose to answer her in English as she approached me speaking English) about my size in shoes. Very arrogant indeed. I would have left some good money in there if it Wasnt for that terribly rude lady.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they’ve informed the price wrong. The sales person told it’s thirteen and it happened to be 30 euros. When I said I want to give it back after 30 seconds then the purchase, they’ve told me there is not returning policy. It’s really unacceptable ! Stuff must improve their english. And there should be returning policy
