Il personale è molto molto cortese, attento alle esigenze della clientela e molto molto professionale, è cosa non da poco, sempre con il sorriso vero sui volti e sulle labbra.
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
Lo consiglio vivamente.

Un qualsiasi altro brand avrebbe valutato il mio danno come "danno da usura" non coperto dalla garanzia. Grazie ancora!!
Excellent brand, very kind salesmen and a serious company !! I had a problem with a recently purchased bag, I contacted the store and they replaced the item with a new one in a few days. Any other brand would have rated my damage as "wear and tear" not covered by the warranty. Thanks again!!
