★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a cosmetic product and immediately I realized that I picked it wrong. When I went to change it for the correct product they didn’t allowed me because Covid (ok, I am not agree but I can understand). The worst thing was the treatment that I received from the cashier (the worst person that I met), please if you don’t want to work facing public don’t. Bye bye Sephora, you lost an other client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were here looking for perfumes and they helped us out incredibly well ( we were incredibly annoying because we forgot the name of a perfume that smelled amazing and were searching for it for multiple days)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was our last day in Rome and we made it 3 minutes before closing and the guard didn’t let us in. We tried to explain that we need something very specific and we only need 2 minutes. We also explained that we are flying home and can’t come back the next day. The guard didn’t help and was very rude in telling us that we can’t go in. He wasn’t sympathetic to us ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone knows Sephora from other cities and countries. The products are the same everywhere so I won't be talking about them.
I have to say that the salespeople were all friendly but also extremely intrusive and pushy. Even if you just want to look around and you're not looking for anything in specific at least every 15 seconds somebody will ask you what you want. If you say that nothing specifically they will still start talking about "special" offers and new beauty lines and so on. It's just not possible to look around peacefully. Also it's very crowded. In addition one of the ladies wanted to put make up on me and used like 10 products. I didn't like the end result (big fat red eyeliner all around my eyes) and told her so. She removed like only half of it since I didn't want to buy any of the products and so I removed the rest of it myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is such a cute Sephora plus the people working there are so helpful and nice!! Right after I walked in a lady came up and asked if there was anything I needed help searching for. I was looking for mascara because I ran out of the one I have been using for multiple years while in Rome. She guided me to a super great mascara, that’s the best I’ve ever used! I didn’t get her name but she had
green eyes and was overall super helpful! I didn’t look around for anything else but I’ll have to go back before I leave Rome.
