Déjà, impossible de tester les produits soi-même, puis, la vendeuse ne mettait qu'une très petite quantité de produits... Quand j'ai voulu tester le gloss il a fallu que la vendeuse le teste sur sa peau alors que nous n'avons pas la même carnation (ayant la peau noire) donc impossible de savoir comment ressortirai les couleurs sur moi. Je me demande même si l'attitude n'était pas raciste... Very disappointed with the welcome and the advice ... I wanted to take advantage of my stay in Rome to buy back my concealer. Already, impossible to test the products yourself, then, the saleswoman only put on a very small quantity of products ... When I wanted to test the gloss, the saleswoman had to test it on her skin while we don't have the same skin tone (having black skin) so it's impossible to know how the colors will stand out on me. I even wonder if the attitude was not racist ...

Nous y sommes allés avec ma sœur, mon frère et ma belle-soeur pour acheter des produits de maquillage, ma soeur aiment bien leur gamme. A peine arrivés, on nous a fait sentir que nous n'étions pas forcément les bienvenus. Nous ne pouvions même pas toucher les testeurs sans l'aide d'une vendeuse. Eeuuhh...sauf erreur de ma part les TESTEURS sont mis à disposition de tous les clients pour justement pouvoir les TESTER LIBREMENT. Parce que oui...bien sûr la vendeuse a proposé à ma sœur de mettre elle-même les produits sur sa main (elle en a mis mais vraiment une noisette on pouvait à peine voir le produit sur sa main) ou directement sur la sienne (ma sœur est foncé de peau, la vendeuse blanche...je vous laisse deviner) Anyway !!! Extrêmement déçue de cette marque je n'y retournerai pas I am NOT AT ALL satisfied with the welcome we received in this store !!! Because yes ... of course the saleswoman suggested to my sister to put the products on her hand herself (she did put some but really a small amount you could barely see the product on her hand) or directly on hers (my sister is dark skinned, the saleswoman white ... I'll let you guess) Anyway !!! Extremely disappointed with this brand I will not go back

Domenica scorsa sono stata nello store Inglot per vedere ed acquistare vari prodotti (visti solo online), il commesso mi ha detto che non potevo provare NULLA e che al massimo me lo avrebbe mostrato sulla sua mano. La sua collega ha cercato di chiedergli se potessero applicarmi loro il prodotto, per mantenere i loro standard igienici, ma la risposta è stata ugualmente no. Ovviamente, ho girato i tacchi e me ne sono andata, comprando 395 Euro di prodotti in un altro negozio con personale più cortese e regole di vendita meno ridicole. Bad experience. Last Sunday I went to the Inglot store to see and buy various products (seen only online), the clerk told me that I couldn't try ANYTHING and that at most he would show it to me on his hand. His colleague tried to ask him if they could apply the product to me, to maintain their hygiene standards, but the answer was equally no. Obviously, I turned my heel and left, buying 395 Euros worth of products in another shop with more courteous staff and less ridiculous sales rules.
M	Manuela Greggi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A parte che i prodotti sono di livello professionale e il rapporto qualità/prezzo è veramente elevato, ma ho apprezzato veramente molto la professionalità e la cortesia dell'addetto alla vendita. Per nulla invadente come molti addetti fanno per alzare la vendita di altri prodotti. Ha spiegato e dato consigli sui prodotti che poi ho acquistato e ha "azzeccato" alla perfezione la tonalità di un fondotinta solo vedendo le poche porzioni di viso che erano libere dalla mascherina. In ultimo ma non meno importante è il fatto che rispettano le norme igieniche come raramente si vede altrove, non facendo mettere le dita sui prodotti in esposizione. Apart from the fact that the products are of a professional level and the quality / price ratio is really high, but I really appreciated the professionalism and courtesy of the sales assistant. Not at all intrusive as many employees do to raise the sale of other products. He explained and gave advice on the products I then bought and "got it right" to perfection the shade of a foundation only by seeing the few portions of the face that were free from the mask. Last but not least is the fact that they respect hygiene rules as rarely seen elsewhere, not letting you put your fingers on the products on display.

The sales clerk was extremely rude and kept looking at us like we were about to steal something, she also kept saying that we shouldn’t touch the testers and she should be the one putting the product on my sister’s hand. She put such a small amount of the product on her hand that it was difficult for her to see if it was the right shade. Then my sister asked to try some lip gloss and she refused to put it on my sister’s hand and put it on hers instead. She’s a WHITE female and my sister is a BLACK female…how can she realistically know how this will look on her ? We just took one item she urgently needed and left. Crazy that in 2021 people especially in such a touristy area still have so much bias ! To be AVOIDED especially if not Italian/white looking !

Then my boyfriend's sister asked to try some lip gloss and the sales clerk refused to put it on her hand and put it on her own hand instead. She’s a white woman and my boyfriend's sister is black. How can she know how this will look on her ?
