★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrato oggi alle 19 e 56 e la commessa(con i capelli castani e occhiali neri) non mi ha fatto entrare perché diceva di essere già in chiusura di cassa.Si è comportata in modo maleducato e ha anche alzato la voce.Peccato avete perso un cliente in questo locale!
I went in today at 7:56 pm and the saleswoman (with brown hair and black glasses) did not let me in because she said she was already closing the till.She acted rude and even raised her voice. a customer in this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodotti naturali. Dovevo fare un regalo e con me il personale è stato gentilissimo, mi hanno aiutato e considerato anche mostrando attenzione per il rispetto delle regole imposte dalla pandemia. Non è mai scontato. Consigliato.
Natural products. I had to make a gift and the staff was very kind to me, they helped me and also considered paying attention to respecting the rules imposed by the pandemic. It is never taken for granted. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio piccolo e poco rifornito, non so se per il periodo. Tenuto bene, pulito e in ordine. Commesse sgarbate e ti trattano con sufficienza soprattutto quella con i capelli corti neri e occhi chiari, penso di non ritornarci più! La ragazza in cassa invece molto gentile. (Siamo passati nel primo pomeriggio del 22/12/2020)
Small and poorly stocked shop, I don't know if for the period. Well kept, clean and tidy. Rude salesmen and they treat you with disdain especially the one with short black hair and light eyes, I think I won't go back there again! The girl at the cashier is very kind. (We passed in the early afternoon of 22/12/2020)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono mai stata in un negozio con commesse più sgarbate. Ho chiesto se avessero i burrocacao, una delle due ha fatto finta di controllare e non mi ha detto nulla, l'altra mentre era con me (sulle creme) mi ha lasciata per servire una cliente entrata dopo di me.
Non ci tornerei mai più. Per fortuna esistono altri store qui a Roma
I've never been to a shop with more rude salesmen. I asked if they had lip balms, one of them pretended to check and didn't say anything, the other while she was with me (about the creams) left me to serve a customer who came after me.
I would never go there again. Fortunately, there are other stores here in Rome

Ho trovato le soluzioni perfette, non vedo l ora di iniziare ad usare il fondotinta zero imperfezioni consigliato ed il correttore abbinato! Grazie a presto?
Super experienced saleswoman, for my problems. I went back twice once for a rash cream and then for some tricks and she helped me with everything. I found the perfect solutions, I can't wait to start using the recommended zero imperfection foundation and the matching concealer! Thanks to you soon?
