★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an appointment for highlights. Brought a picture of exactly what I wanted- brunette with ash blonde highlights. Instead of what I asked for I was given bayalage and my hair came out white, platinum blonde. It looks absolutely horrible! I couldn't be more unhappy- the look it just terrible with my facial coloring. And since he gave me bayalage instead of the highlights that I wanted, my roots are brunette and the rest of my hair is this awful bleach blonde. For a place with strong reviews- and when I paid 300 euros (without haircut) I would have expected that I would have gotten what I asked for. I am so, so, so upset and disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't get me wrong, I had a beautiful haircut and a really nice and talented hairstylist that helped me. What made my experience a bit disappointing was that, after asking if I was interested in a hair treatment and said 'no, I don't think I need that', she told me not to worry. In the end I was charged 3 times more then expected for 2 treatments I did not asked for (a hairmask and a simple Olaplex home treatment). Absolutely shocked when I had to hand over my card, I expected €70,- max and paid €148,-. If you go, be really specific in what you want and I'm sure you'll have a great cut.

Spoke English to avoid any language barrier issues! Got a fantastic blowout (an additional cost). I was nervous but it turned out amazing! Thrilled with the outcome. Staff was so kind. Would definitely recommend
