★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. I’ve experienced a lot of this throughout Rome toward American travelers, but never has it inflicted an actual problem to me like it did here at Nike. An international brand, that I shop at all of the time wouldn’t give me a refund on some pants that I had literally just purchased a few minutes prior. “No refund! No refund!” The manager and register yelled at me. Also looked at me like I was stupid when I asked for VAT. Would never like to come here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good NIKE store. It’s large and has a lot of options. It’s location is also nice but I don’t really get the point of having a NIKE shop right next to a Foot Locker shop.. That’s the only reason I removed the last star. Everything else was great! Great service :)
