U	Umek Hurricane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprare un paio di scarpe per andare a fare una prova di lavoro e solo due ore prima di andare mi sono accorto che mi hanno dato due scarpe sinistre, ho dovuto rimandare la prova per colpa di questo inconveniente cosa a cui la titolare sicuramente non ha creduto e non ho fatto sicuramente una prima buona impressione, abito lontano da dove ho fatto l acquisto e non ho neanche ricevuto delle scuse da parte della dipendente che ieri mi ha servito sbagliandosi ne un buono sconto per un prossimo acquisto, mi avrebbero dovuto rimborzare almeno le spese del viaggio per il disturbo e soprattutto perche loro con due scarpe destre ci avrebbero anche rimesso,ma addirittura “neanche scusa mi hanno chiesto” Anche se puo capitare a me hanno fatto vivere un vero e proprio disagio oggi e non ci tornero mai piu questo é sicuro! Avevo necessità di dover rifare l'intero guardaroba e, vedendo i loro prezzi convenienti, da 6 mesi a questa parte sono andato spesso in questo negozio ma ogni volta la loro scortesia è aumentata: anzitutto un cliente che ogni volta compra ha diritto di scegliere con calma le taglie senza fretta(e ho fatto finta di non sentire quell'oca della commessa che si lamentava col titolare Mike che ci mettevo troppo tempo), se poi voglio roba che mi va perfetta senza bisogno di dover andare dal sarto per sistemare pantaloni o dal calzolaio per le cinte saranno fatti miei(non devo certo giustificarmi se non voglio lo sbattimento e la spesa aggiuntiva di dover fare aggiustare un capo). Un titolare che invece di rimproverare la sua dipendente per la mancanza di educazione e professionalità, mi prende in giro assieme a lei si commenta da solo: ricordo ancora la sera che uscii dal negozio con due buste piene e, invece, di preoccuparsi se ce la facevo a portarle questa str.. rideva col suo capo. Per mesi e mesi ho fatto finta di niente per i prezzi convenienti e la bella roba che hanno, ma alla fine c' è un limite e la gentilezza e il rispetto verso un cliente viene prima di tutto. I shop here due to the reason they care for the customers and always are there to help you. Thanks again for being such a nice store.
M	Mo Ca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought 2 shirts and 2 pairs of trousers in that shop. The day I bought them a very kind man (I guess it was the owner of the shop) sold them to me. When I weard one of these trousers for the first time (2 days after I bought them) they got a hole at the bottom. I can‘t even say if it was already there when I bought them or it happened when I wore them. And when I wore them I was only out for dinner. The very next day I went back to the shop to ask for an exchange due to a unfortunately bad quality. The person (woman) who was working there was immediately unfriendly and didn‘t accept a fault or tried to find another solution (e.g. exchange or selling the same trousers with a discount or a voucher). She has litterally kicked me out of the store and put all the blame on me. THIS IS THE MOST CUSTOMER UNFRIENDLY SHOP I HAVE EVER BEEN IN MY WHOLE LIFE!
