PAID IN US DOLLARS LESS 12 PERCENT OF FEES WITH REALLY LOW EXCHANGE RATE ON US DOLLAR....FROM 40 EUROS I GOT 34 US DOLLARS..THEN YOU STILL NEED TO GO TO THE AIRPORT TO GET A CUSTOMS STAMP AND POST THE PAPERWORK AWAY OTHERWISE THEY WILL DEBIT YOUR CREDIT CARD. ITS A TYPICAL SCAM THAT IS LEGAL AND SHOULD BE AVOIDED..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a sim card from them, but then the transaction appeared as a cash advance on my credit card statement, with an extra $10 fee, interest fees, etc. Tried to get them to issue a refund so that I could pay cash instead, but they refused.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This establishment is a rip off. They wanted to exchange USD 200 for a service charge of of nearly 20% PLUS A Euro charge of 8.50. DON'T CHANGE MONEY WITH THESE DESPICABLE CROOKS. Better to use your credit card or an ATM. Beware of crooked Roman business establishments who are set up to rip off tourists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total rip off for currency exchange. Offers SIM cards for tourists though. They were from Vodafone and offer 25 Gigs for 30 days. $20 total for that. Very good deal and would recommend that for incoming tourists. Otherwise, don't come to this establishment.
