My son and daughter also bought special jackets.
The staffs are very kindly and funny.
Unfortunately I couldn’t buy chihuahua in the Roma, so that’s why I gave up to buy his down jacket....
Hope the staff would be reminding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the male SA came out to organize the queue outside the boutique so I took this chance to ask if he has this particular jacket available (which he could easily pull out his device to check) but his replied was “We might have it inside”. After AN HOUR of queuing another SA greet me, without further inquiries I requested for the availability of the jacket I want and I was surprise that he could swiftly replied “No it’s out of stock” without even checking his device. Big waste of time and not to mention standing outside in a cold weather for an hour.
