★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Watch out. There’s a bouncer on the ground floor blocking you from entering the office.
He would ask where you are coming from and then when you are leaving Europe. And they have this 10 days rule out of nowhere that you cannot do the tax refund if you are not leaving Europe within 10 days. Absurd. I asked where is this rule coming from and he gave me some random answer. I wonder if the outcome would be different if I told him my nationality instead of my final return destination.

One of the refund papers was missing info, since we were in Rome already, I wasn’t sure what to do, without hesitation, Sabrina already called Naples Hermes customer service to get additional doc to support the missing info to make the process go smoothly. she’s patient and show professionalism to her job. I highly recommend her and global blue tax refund in this location! She deserves a raise!
