Jednoznačně nejlepší shopping zážitek z Říma! Zákaznický servis zde předčil i mnohem dražší značky, které jsme také navštívili. K dispozici nám byla úžasná a jedinečná Agnese, kterou ráda doporučím všem dámám, které se chtějí cítit opečovávané a výjimečné. Její cit pro barvu, styl a typ zákazníka je nadstandardní, chování neskutečně milé a vstřícné. Moc děkujeme za skvěle strávený čas a velmi rádi se zase vrátíme, pokud možno zase za Agnese :). By far the best shopping experience from Rome! Customer service here surpassed even more expensive brands, which we also visited. There was an amazing and unique Agnese at our disposal, which I would be happy to recommend to all ladies who want to feel cared for and exceptional. Her sense of color, style and type of customer is above standard, her behavior is incredibly nice and helpful. Thank you very much for a great time and we will be very happy to return, if possible for Agnes :). Iva and Tomas

Gentilezza e accoglienza 10. Sono entrata per trovare un abito, la commessa( che non ricordo il nome..mi pare Francesca) ha capito subito quello che cercavo, mi ha consigliato lasciandomi poi a me la scelta finale anche per gli accessori. Consiglio anche le altre ragazze dello staff di via Frattina e tornerò di sicuro. I capi sono bellissimi e di ottima sartoria.
Kindness and welcome 10. I entered to find a dress, the saleswoman (which I don't remember the name..I think Francesca) immediately understood what I was looking for, she advised me, leaving me the final choice also for the accessories. I also recommend the other girls of the staff of via Frattina and I will be back for sure. The garments are beautiful and of excellent tailoring.

Ho avuto il piacere di essere seguita telefonicamente nella scelta di alcuni capi da una ragazza splendida , carina , disponibile e a modi . Mi sono sentita in negozio . Grazie Cristiana ....ben vengano le persone uniche come te.

Esperienza ottima! Ero alla ricerca disperata di una giacca con cui completare l'outfit per la laurea e la commessa è stata gentilissima e disponibilissima: mi ha fatto provare quello che già avevo e mi ha consigliato e guidato nella scelta della giacca! Apprensiva e paziente. In mancanza della taglia, è stato fatto l'ordine a domicilio sul sito ed è arrivato tutto due giorni dopo. Punto in più a favore: la giacca non ha ancora perso il profumo buonissimo tipico degli store Marella! Consigliatissimo :)
Great experience! I was desperately looking for a jacket with which to complete the outfit for the degree and the saleswoman was very kind and very helpful: she made me try what I already had and advised and guided me in choosing the jacket! Apprehensive and patient. In the absence of the size, the home order was made on the site and everything arrived two days later. Plus point: the jacket has not yet lost the very good scent typical of the Marella stores! Highly recommended :)

Il negozio Marella di via Frattina è da sempre il negozio del mio abbigliamento. Ampia scelta di abiti per tutte le occasioni e commesse disponibilissime, gentili e competenti. Sempre pronte a dare consigli e soluzioni. Di tutte bravissime Rossana e Francesca sono meravigliose. Tra tutti i negozi Marella questo lo ritengo il migliore

it starts out very pleasant - i’m greeted with kindness and hospitality by the three salespeople. i want to browse the sale section and maybe pick up a small item as i’m traveling just with a carry-on. i’m followed around the store by a middle-aged lady who is helpful but also incredibly pushy. i end up trying on an endless array of outfits that she just *insists* looks good on me and puts on my rack. i’m not allowed to try things on my own, but at her instruction and direction. i have to come out of the dressing room so she can assess, and add even more accessories on top (foulard! heels! sunglasses! belt! leather bag! fur coat - in august!) i feel like i was being held hostage in the prison of their helpfulness - at the end, about 1.5 hours later, i am so tired and basically beg to be relieved from trying on more clothes. yet, more comes on the rack, “just one more”, “just one more”. and for all this madness up until this point, i’m willing to forgive them and chalk it up to cultural differences - maybe i’m too american, or too millennial to appreciate this attentiveness. however, at check out, when i pick 3 items to buy - 2 too many for my original plan - she appears upset, erratic, just *insists* on ringing up more, “let’s see how much everything costs before you say no.” it continues to be a tug of war for another half hour when they plead with me to buy more, and i contemplate just running out of the store and free myself. i finally manage to leave, having spend ~$500, and feel horrible. if you don’t like being smothered by attention, and aggressive salesmanship, i do not recommend coming in this store. they appear to want to extract as much money out of you as possible, and they’re not shy about it. this may be the worst shopping experience of my adulthood.
