★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt völlig zufrieden. Sehr gute Ausgangslage für alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und sehr gut zu Fuß machbar. 2 min von Metro Spagna entfernt! Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.
Das Frühstück bietet eine gute Auswahl und man konnte ausreichend bestellen und für jeden Morgen die Bestellung ändern. Außerdem konnten wir zu jeder Tag -und Nachtzeit die Unterkunft betreten und hatten ein sehr sicheres Gefühl.Super fanden wir auch, das am Abreisetag unser Gepäck eine Straße weiter, kostenlos stehen bleiben konnte, bis wir zum Flughafen mussten. In unserem Fall 4 Stunden!
Das einzige Manko war, das es sehr hellhörig war. Der Fahrstuhl und Nachbarn waren deutlich hörbar. Aber wir waren tagsüber unterwegs und konnten nachts schnell einschlafen ,dann ging es und das Restliche überwog es dann doch.
Für ein Gästehaus in Toplage , können wir es weiter empfehlen!
 We were completely satisfied with our stay. Very good starting point for all sights and very easy to walk. 2 minutes from Metro Spagna! The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
The breakfast has a good selection and you could order enough and change the order for each morning. In addition, we could enter the accommodation at any time of the day or night and had a very safe feeling. We also found that on the day of departure our luggage could be parked one street further for free until we had to go to the airport. In our case 4 hours!
The only drawback was that it was very noisy. The elevator and neighbors were clearly audible. But we were out and about during the day and could fall asleep quickly at night, then it worked and the rest outweighed it.
For a guest house in a top location, we can recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was so small you had to walk sideways around the bed. The elevator was made in 1920. No inspection certificate. Arrived at the location and had to go, walking, to another building 5 minutes away.

Breakfast is a selection of pastries, cheese and yogurt; which is enjoyable but not after 4 straight days.
Wifi is weak. Water to the shower was very weak and barely warm.
