★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faccio Google"Migliori erboristerie Roma " mi esce tra le prime. La signora che gestisce non solo mi da i prodotti che cerco, ma mi da anche consigli sulla dieta.
Per la forza fisica indispensabili carne, uova 1 al giorno e pesce tre volte la settimana salmone o pesce spada preferibilmente, anche tonno in alternativa.
E io ero venuto per un altra cosa. Disponibilissima.
Io se devo andare in erboristeria da Ciampino vado a Barberini.
I Google "Best herbalists in Rome" I come out among the first. The lady who runs it not only gives me the products I'm looking for, but also gives me diet advice.
For physical strength, meat, eggs 1 a day and fish three times a week are essential, preferably salmon or swordfish, also tuna as an alternative.
And I had come for something else. Extremely available.
If I have to go to a herbalist's shop from Ciampino I go to Barberini.
