★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was disappointed by the service here today (9.9.21). I wanted to try several products which either had no or empty testers or were not sharpened (lip liner / eye pencil). There were nine staff members in total at the time of my visit. Two of them talked to each other, two others just stood around. When I wanted to pay I asked one of them to check me out and got the answer that he could not do it. I would have expected him to get another colleague for my request. But I had to wait and wait. At the end I bought 3 products for around 80 Euros and got two samples: a male perfume and a female fragrance wipe for one singular use (the ones you know from beauty magazines). Lol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the one on Hollywood Blvd. This one has many choices just not Hollywood. Check out staff need to get over themselves. Take a page out of how we do it in the STATES. You might learn something. You are not the latest Starlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, racist staff. Awful cashier lady named Donatella treated other customers kindly but was extremely rude to me. Gave me my change in coins and also slammed the cashier in front of me.
Hope all tourists avoid this Sephora outlet

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store has a very aggressive security guard. I think his name is Alessandro or Alex. When I stopped by the store, the store was closing, I peaked inside without any intention to go forward, but this security guard came up and pushed me out. It was a terrible situation. When I raised panic, he started racially insulting me. The security guard was African, however, I did not insult him. It was a horrendous experience and I would like to somehow make a complaint to the store about this incident.

There is no one to help you and the manager is so so much rude. They are not professional and not familiar with most of the products.
I highly recommend go to other store they will ruin you day and waste your time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entered the store at 7pm and the store has 7.30pm closing time displayed. Browsed for the first 10 minutes uninterrupted and was then approached by a male staff member in a rude fashion who told me that store was closing. I told him I knew this and continued shopping. I was just finishing up at 19.15pm when I was again rudely told to hurry up. When I went to the till, I saw the loyalty card and was rudely told I couldn't sign up as I'm not a citizen, despite having other countries loyalty cards. Despite spending over €200 I was made feel like dirt by rude staff. AVOID and take your business to Via del Corso Sephora instead.
