Ótima opção depois de um dia caminhando por toda as históricas ruas de Roma. O staff também é 5 estrelas plus. Atendimento ótimo e natural. Agradecimento especial à gerente Ana, sempre muito gentil e que, inclusive, fala português. A spa that lives up to the Rocco Forte parameter. Super well designed, new and functional installations. Great option after a day walking through the historic streets of Rome. The staff is also 5 stars plus. Great and natural service. Special thanks to manager Ana, always very kind and who even speaks Portuguese.

Questa volta abbiamo trascorso più tempo nella Spa. Ottima accoglienza il personale disponibile . La SPA molto curata nelle ambientazioni e nei colori e nella musica rilassante di sottofondo. Il personale dedicato è molto professionale . Numerosi i trattamenti che si possono prenotare oltre al canonico percorso benessere , dove però anche lì si viene seguiti! We had already been but wanted to go back. The rooms are great, not to mention the bed or the bathroom, I fell in love with them. This time we spent more time in the Spa. Great welcome and helpful staff. The SPA is very accurate in its settings and colors and in the relaxing background music. The dedicated staff are very professional. Numerous treatments that can be booked in addition to the canonical wellness program, where, however, even there you are followed!

I have always been a frequent guest of the Hotel De Russie Spa (their sister hotel in Rome), but since Hotel de la Ville opened last May I have become a great fun of De la Ville Spa, that I consider of a higher level. Not just for its brand new, state of the art facilities, but especially because of the Spa staff, perfectly orchestrated by a super professional Spa Manager (Ana). I love the products they use, the atmosphere, the silence, the smell, all contributing to make it such a relaxing and great place to go for a couple of hours and escape the frenetic city life of Rome.

Must book!! Hotel-de-La Ville is the best in Rome/world. I used to stay in Hotel Russie, then, I stayed in this hotel because of their spa, food and the entire artistic ambience. Subtle and great. They are of higher level in every way. I hope they can keep the staff happy and keep this standard forever.
