The reception is very well decorated and beautiful. They then take you down stairs to dark and damp rooms for the massage.
I have had many massages in my life and in many cities. But this was by far the worse.
The room was full of damp and smelt of mould. The towels were overused and hard. The masseuse was half an hour late for the appointment. She didn't apologise for being late, nor introduce herself or ask what pressure I wanted. Nor did she check if I had any problems areas. She sat on my back with her knees digging into me without checking if I had back problems. Appalling! She then rushed the massage and walked out. She also kept telling me during the massage that she was too busy. She walked out twice during the session too! Moreover, there was no calming music, just two people arguing in the room next door and the washing machine was on a cycle. I also heard 2 people going to the toilet. Disgusting! Extremely poorly run and the staff are worse. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Felt dirty after leaving here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been there without an appointment and they welcomed me and my wife, the reception was amazing, my wife had a foot massage and felt asleep after, I made a Thai massage and I can tell it was among the best massages I had in my life, the masseur was so professional and kind, the place was clean and smelled good and it has all the facility you need in a massage parlor, I would highly recommend it.
