★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful little bar with freshly prepared food for a great price. We went with pasta and fish in potato with vegetable and for 15 € altogether with water and totally friendly and helpful staff, we cannot recommend more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I found Bar Marcello using google maps while walking around Rome on vacation. The staff was very polite and serious - they asked us for our green passes so we could eat in their dining room. They scanned our passes and there were no problems. I really appreciate that the bar was following the rules. The food was simple, healthy and tasty. I especially liked it because the bar typically serves local people who work in the area, so you know the food has to be good. Water was on the house - which is not typical for Italian restaurants and bars. There was also air conditioning! Prices: very affordable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best cappuccino's (hot, foam) of Rome's city center. The fact that they deliver lunches to most offices in the neighbourhood is a good sign. That means it is a place for locals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great espresso bar that surprised us with a personal touch by putting our name/ home country on the cappuccino. Croissant and sandwich tasted great too and they also had a big selection of antipasti, which we did not try. Will come back tomorrow probably ?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped by this place for a quick breakfast on the way to the Colosseo. After checking our COVID pass, we were able to sit down in the dining area. The staff were super friendly and offered to make some beautiful designs on the cappuccinos! We also really enjoyed the prosciutto + mozzarella sandwich and the croissant. Would highly suggest that you check this place out!
