★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service, massage and interior is perfect! Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed this after walking a lot in rome. They spoiled us with fresh fruit and prosseco, and they really cared about our wellbeing even after our massage and bath and during. The place is also very relaxing and extremly well decorated. You feel like royalty here. Definitively would visit again, a hidden gen in the City.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best massage experience I’ve ever had. Very professional and friendly staff. I enjoyed the baths, stream room, and lounge, but the massage was the best part. Very comfortable and clean table and excellent massage technique. Highly recommend. Price reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After walking, walking and walking the beautiful streets of Rome, El Spa was the perfect end to my trip. The staff was attentive and professional, and they spoke English. The place is beautiful, clean, serene and upscale. The services were amazing and the prices are reasonable. I also purchased some of the skincare products and my skin already feels and look better. As a New Yorker who is an avid spa goer, I highly recommend El Spa.
You must add it to your Rome vacation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El Spa, great place for a relaxing retreat in Rome. You want from a massage following things, clean facilities, professional staff and feel better when leaving the place. El Spa got all the those things right, we did a couples massage and a warm/cold bath. You don't need anything with you. They provide tea, fresh fruits, towels and robes. Price probably a bit over average but high quality and friendlyness justify the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is amazing. They are respectful and very nice. It's full of a relaxing, loving atmosphere. Alessandra was amazing at the massage. She was very in tune with my body and what it needed. She also made very interesting conversation. I'd highly recommend her, she's great! =)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The massage room was so small, my therapist had a hard time going around the table. I changed in the ladies room and when i was ready there was no place to sit while waiting for my friend so i was waiting in the changing area, taking my time. The lady came in and started screaming at me, telling me i have to leave cause a man needs to come in to change. She was clearly lying, not sure what was her motive but let’s say that’s not a very relaxing behavior after a massage. I also had a lot of neck pain the day after. I wouldn’t recommend
