★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been traveling for the past 3 weeks and really needed an infill. Not knowing any salons in Rome the hotel receptionist where I was staying recommended Only Nails as this is where she goes. An appointment was made and I had Tamara do my infill who did an excellent job and I was more than happy with the result, it was so nice to leave the salon completely satisfied and know they will last till I get back home to Australia in a couple of weeks, the price of the infill I thought was very reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was a life saver... Sara fixed my acrylic nails while I was on vacation and did an awesome job... she’s really an artist. Fully recommend her for nail art as well.
Recommended to call to do an appointment to ensure availability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They made an appointment for me via email and when I came, they acted like they didn't have a clue. Spoke rudely in Italian between each other, passed my phone around and hardly acknowledged their mistake. In the end, I was glad I didn't have to stay as the place was tiny, crowded and with heavy fragrances. Do not go here if not a local and if you want to stay safe during Covid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLEASE only let them paint your nails. If you let them cut your cuticles they will cut too much and make your nails bleed. I told the lady to stop cutting my cuticle because I saw blood. I told her to just paint my nails because she is too rough on the cuticles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one was wearing their face-mask properly and even after I politely asked the staff to put on their face-masks, they ignored me and talked in italian behind my back. Neither did I feel safe, nor did I feel welcome.

I visited "My Nails & Beauty" without speaking a word Italian, but with a little help from the coworkers and by both of us speaking a little English, things went really well.
All the team members were incredibly nice and helpful. I felt really comfortable.
And I'm so excited about my new beautiful nails. I will come back the next time I'm in Rome.
