Rifiutato gentilmente il trattamento mi sono fatta fare la messa in,piega classica. Shampoo tutto bene. Asciugatura dopo aver detto che li volevo lisci con le onde, la tipa che me li ha asciugati(una ragazza alta molto formosa e con la voce della de filippi) mi ha chiesto se volevo esser passata la piastra al che ho ribadito che li volevo a onde e che la piastra non serviva. Ovviamente in quell' istante ho capito subito che la tipa era alle prime armi ho smesso di giocare col cell e ho seguito tutta l'asciugatura. Non aveva tecnica li allisciava e poi provava a girare il Phone una incapace totale poi me li buttava dietro per non farmi vedere come erano venuti. Quando ha terminato le ho fatto notare che alcuni capelli erano completamente lisci e seccata ha provato a girarlo un po. Ora che me li sto guardando allo specchio sa dietro vedo che sono completamente lisci. Mi hanno regalato ma messa in piega da consumare entro fine aprile ma la regalerò a qualcuno ovviamente. Ora capisco perché era l'unico vuoto della zona. Lo sconsiglio vivamente è se ci andate evitare la tipa molto formosa con la voce alla de filippi. Obviously in that instant I immediately understood that the girl was a beginner I stopped playing with the cell and I followed all the drying. He had no technique to smooth them out and then he tried to turn the Phone a total incompetent then he threw them behind me so as not to show me how they had come. When she finished I pointed out that some hair was completely smooth and annoyed she tried to turn it a little. Now that I am looking at them in the mirror, I know behind I see that they are completely smooth. They gave me as a present, but put it in place to be consumed by the end of April, but I'll give it to someone of course. Now I understand why it was the only vacuum in the area. I strongly advise against it if you go there avoid the very shapely girl with the voice of the filippi.

Il negozio è ben curato e pulito, lo staff è stato gentile ma nonostante ciò non sono rimasta soddisfatta del risultato finale: nonostante vi fossero solo due clienti e 3 persone del team, l'attesa è stata eccessiva, arrivando ad impiegare quasi 2 ore per uno shampoo, spuntata e piega. Pecca più grande il costo finale: 75€ per una veloce spuntata alle punte. Di questi, 15€ sono risultati essere per un trattamento post shampoo non richiesto e che, soprattutto, non mi è stato dichiarato se non in cassa. Il taglio è stato una spuntata alle punte di 3 cm: 40€ per un taglio pari e non scalato di 3 cm mi è sembrato molto eccessivo, anche poiché dal prezzo dal listino online risultava essere molto più basso. Peccato per il costo perché lo staff è davvero gentile. Polite and friendly staff but excessively expensive services for the final result! The shop is well maintained and clean, the staff was kind but despite this I was not satisfied with the final result: although there were only two customers and 3 people on the team, the wait was excessive, taking almost 2 hours to a shampoo, blunt and fold. The final cost is bigger: € 75 for a quick tip. Of these, € 15 turned out to be for an unsolicited post shampoo treatment and which, above all, was not declared to me except at the cash desk. The cut was a blunt at the tips of 3 cm: 40 € for an even and not scaled cut of 3 cm seemed to me very excessive, also because the price from the online list was much lower. Too bad for the cost because the staff is really nice.
