Coloro e taglio i capelli ( ho un bob medio corto) ogni mese e sono sempre contenta del risultato. I have been a customer of this salon for the past 5 months and I am very happy. The staff is very professional and the products used are excellent. I cut my hair (I have a medium short bob) every month and I'm always happy with the result.

Ho scelto di prenotare in questo salone proprio grazie alle ottime recensioni e sarebbe stata mia intenzione rimanere cliente ma dopo la prima piega molto soddisfacente purtroppo è arrivato il secondo appuntamento dove per un ritocco del colore di base viene completamente sbagliata la tonalità ( peraltro senza seguire la mia indicazione iniziale) creandomi un bruttissimo effetto multicolore in testa al quale ho dovuto rimediare in un altro salone con ulteriore spesa. Certamente ho evitato di tornare e rischiare di impiastricciare ulteriormente. Ma la nota ancora più dolente è stata il totale disinteresse del proprietario - sia la prima che la seconda volta- verso una cliente nuova. Non si è minimamente presentato e non ha neanche per un minuto supervisionato il lavoro, magari ci saremmo risparmiati lo spiacevole risultato. I am sorry to have to 'interrupt' this series of positive comments with a review that I write with regret. I chose to book in this salon thanks to the excellent reviews and it would have been my intention to remain a customer but unfortunately after the very satisfactory first fold the second appointment has arrived where for a retouch of the base color the shade is completely wrong (however without following the my initial indication) creating a very ugly multicolored effect on my head which I had to remedy in another salon with additional expense. I certainly avoided returning and risking further smearing. But the even more painful note was the total lack of interest of the owner - both the first and the second time - towards a new customer. He didn't show up at all and didn't supervise the work for a minute, maybe we would have spared the unpleasant result.
