★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono stata 2 volte, la prima volta per un trattamento anticrespo consigliato da loro per allisciare i capelli a base di cheratina, mi era stato assicurato che per un mese e mezzo non avrei passato la piastra perchè i capelli sarebbero stati lisci....ho anche acquistato i loro prodotti ma non ho avuto nessun risultato..i capeli sono esattamete come prima e io devo sempre passare la piastra dopo averli lavati...Sono tornata facendolo notare ma praticamente ci hanno girato sopra senza darmi una risposta...Avevo già fissato l'appuntamento per il colore quindi l'ho fatto.avevo i capelli color rame e volevo schiarirli ulteriormente...risultato...ho i capelli castano scuro....Sono andadta a farlo notare ma mi hanno proposto un altro colore a pagamento.....parrucchieri veramente inesperti e poco professionali.Non ci tornerò mai più..
I have been there 2 times, the first time for an anti-frizz treatment recommended by them to straighten the hair based on keratin, I was assured that for a month and a half I would not have passed the straightener because the hair would have been smooth .... I also bought their products but I had no results .. the hairs are exactly as before and I always have to pass the plate after washing them ... I came back pointing it out but practically they turned on it without giving me an answer ... I had already made an appointment for the color so I did it. I had copper-colored hair and I wanted to lighten it further ... result ... I have dark brown hair .... I went to point it out but they offered me a another color for a fee ..... truly inexperienced and unprofessional hairdressers. I will never go back ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il salone è nuovo e l'ambiente è molto pulito, al mio arrivo mi ha accolta la parrucchiera che poi ha risposto a tutte le mie domande e dalla quale andrò sicuramente in futuro per il colore. L'estetista Nicole é stata super gentile e bravissima, è riuscita a farmi anche la manicure con semipermanente in poco tempo. Finalmente ho trovato il salone di fiducia vicino a lavoro dove potrò tornare serenamente.
The salon is new and the environment is very clean, on my arrival the hairdresser welcomed me who then answered all my questions and to whom I will definitely go in the future for the color.
