Mai avuto un taglio cosi brutto in vita mia. L' esatto contrario di quello che avevo chiesto. Rovinata proprio in occasione di una cerimonia importante.. Consiglierei meno smancerie e più personale capace. Prezzi altissimi!

Sempre professionali.Ambiente molto bello e curato ti senti a casa coccolata. È in questo periodo debbo dire che sono molto attenti a rispettare tutto le normative covid 19 il che ti da molta sicurezza. Bravi1??

Professionalità, ambiente pulito, puntualità. Sono stata seguita da Dave, ha saputo cogliere tutte le mie richieste, dandomi l effetto desiderato. Ottimo prodotti.

Ho aspettato 2 anni senza toccare i capelli per avere un risultato migliore tagliandoli da lunghi. Mi affidano ad un ragazzo giovane e forse inesperto a cui faccio vedere una foto CHIARISSIMA sul taglio che volevo: una semplicissima scalatura. Vado a casa e come frana la piega mi ritrovo con i capelli tranciati di netto dietro ad EFFETTO SCOPETTA e le bande laterali ancora come me le ero fatte da sola allo specchio!!! Un consiglio: ASCOLTATE SEMPRE I DESIDERI DEL CLIENTE E NON DITE SI SI SI per poi fare di testa vostra! Disastro completo, da dimenticare.

Sono fantastici. Tutto lo staff. Eccellenti in ogni aspetto, professionali e puntuali nel risolvere un problema. davvero molto seri e preparati. Una professionalità che nel settore della bellezza non è facile trovare! Unici, ci porto tutta la famiglia!

Team preparato , frizzante e disponibile. Sono arrivata da loro con i capelli rovinati da un salone famoso d Italia e piano piano me lo ricostruendo consigliandomi e soprattutto ascoltando le mie richieste . Luigi e’ il mio prediletto . Un ragazzo molto disponibile e CAPACE di fare il suo lavoro . Riccardo e gli altri ragazzi pure. Marta all accoglienza e’ bravissima. I prezzi sono in linea con gli altri saloni con la sostanziale differenza che quando esci da questo sslone sei felice e con il capello sano . Puntualità incredibile . Non si attende neanche un secondo ! Consigliatissimo

I don't recommend getting a haircut in this place. First of all the hairdresser was incredibly harsh with her hands; I have piercings in both of my ears and although they are old, she kept hurting them or getting the comb stuck on them. I know it's something quite hard to manage so I didn't say anything. What bothers me is that after she actually noticed it she kept being harsh anyways. Alright. So the cut I got is incredibly HIDEOUS. I didn't cut my hair in a long time and therefore it was very damaged so I told her to please keep the same cut I already had and cut off the bad parts. She didn't know how to keep my same soft layered style (which was beautiful) and instead cut it in a really unprofessional and unstylish way. Since I didn't have my glasses on I couldn't actually see what had happened with my hair. After the cut the dried it and curled it so by the time they finished, I couldn't actually get a real glimpse of how it looks in normal conditions (my hair is really straight). I left happy. After a few hours the curls started to fall down and I realised the horror my hair style was. The day after I washed my hair and dried it myself to realise it's the worst haircut I have ever had my whole life. It would have been better for me to throw my hair in the blender and cut it with it. This haircut was 45€, twice as expensive as other places and I'm ashamed of going outside like this. I'm extremely frustrated and sad that my hair has been mutilated this way and now have to wait who knows how much longer so I will be able to cut it properly without loosing my length. And this is not all. My mother went with me to do the roots in her highlights and they were so incompetent that her hair looks like she just bleached half of her brown hair, the roots of her old highlights still visible. Her haircut is as terrible as mine. What is worse is that even though she told her dresser that she didn't want her hair dried in curls she didn't anyway. They probably do this to all their costumers for them not to realise how terrible their cut is. I don't recommend this place. We ended up spending 300€ in something we could have got somewhere else for less than 100€. You are better off going somewhere else.

Great hair cut for both myself and my husband but the girl at the reception quoted us €45 for me and €25 for my husband. When we paid she said it was €95, we couldn't understand what the additional €25 was for, but she was adamant. Not happy
