★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il posto è molto carino … ho fatto i massaggi 2 volte e tutte e due volte però ho avuto freddo.
La stanza era a 25 gradi che per chi si muove è una temperatura accettabile… per chi fa il massaggio un po’ meno.
Ad ogni modo mi viene data una risposta alla recensione peraltro chiestami dal Centro Relaxa’ , tramite TreatWell … risposta che mi ha lasciato un po’ perplessa.
Prima di tutto per la risposta in se’ : ogni cliente è diverso e una temperatura così bassa non può andar bene per tutti, specialmente per me che non ho massa grassa.
Seconda cosa un po’ azzardata poi, viene paragonato un massaggio estetico ad un trattamento di fisioterapia: non ci siamo.
Il trattamento di fisioterapia non si fa per relax ma per bisogno e quindi il dolore ci può stare ammesso e non concesso che lo si provi… il massaggio estetico deve essere un piacere e non una tortura.
In ultima battuta, mi viene risposto “ non intendiamo assolutamente alzare la temperatura della stanza”… e questo mi fa capire dì non poter più richiedere servizi a questo centro che non intende andare incontro alle esigenze del cliente.

Il massaggio effettuato , mi era stato detto che mi avrebbero fatto trovare la stanza più calda.
Mah…
Ovviamente non sono contenta… ma se loro hanno questa policy per i clienti… faranno a meno di me per i massaggi.

The place is very nice… I had massages twice and both times but I was cold.
The room was at 25 degrees, which is an acceptable temperature for those who move ... for those who do the massage a little less.
In any case, I am given an answer to the review, however, asked of me by the Relaxa Center, via TreatWell ... an answer that left me a little perplexed.
First of all for the answer itself: each customer is different and such a low temperature may not be suitable for everyone, especially for me who do not have fat mass.
Secondly, a bit risky then, an aesthetic massage is compared to a physiotherapy treatment: we are not there.
Physiotherapy treatment is not done for relaxation but out of need and therefore the pain can be admitted and not allowed to be experienced ... the aesthetic massage must be a pleasure and not a torture.
Lastly, I was replied "we absolutely do not intend to raise the temperature of the room" ... and this makes me understand that I can no longer request services from this center which does not intend to meet the customer's needs.
Even if from the last complaint later
The massage performed, I was told that they would let me find the warmest room.
Well ...
Obviously I'm not happy… but if they have this customer policy… they'll do without me for the massages.
It's ok.
