e	emanuela vecchiarelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rispondo a quanto scritto dalla proprietà in risposta alla mia recensione...io sono una cliente e non un esercente...sono venuta nel vostro negozio per una emergenza chiaramente esposta al ragazzo che mi ha accolta il quale non sono non ha nemmeno preso in mano il telefono per capire di cosa si trattasse ma con molta scortesia e senza nemmeno guardarmi in viso ha detto che se avessi voluto il suo aiuto avrei dovuto pagare 130 euro e tornare martedì...ho ulteriormente spiegato che si trattava di una emergenza per motivi di lavoro e ho educatamente chiesto se poteva almeno aiutarmi a trovare un negozio vicino aperto per acquistare un nuovo telefono per metterci la sim e si è rifiutato anche di fare questa gentilezza...mi dica lei se questo atteggiamento non vale una stella...anzi ne varrebbe zero...vi invito davvero a insegnare ai vostri dipendenti l'educazione, il rispetto e la cortesia....inoltre pensate che le recensioni negative vengano da esercenti...su questo non mi esprimo proprio dimostrate chi siete veramente. Sconsiglio a tutti vivamente di andare in questo negozio. I reply to what the property wrote in response to my review ... I am a customer and not a merchant ... Portato il telefono della mia fidanzata per cambio display, ci viene comunicato che la riparazione sarebbe avvenuta entro 3 giorni lavorativi. Contattato il negozio per il ritiro, il dipendente ci comunica di un ritardo di ulteriori due giorni lavorativi causato dai fornitori, la mia fidanzata decide quindi riprendere il telefono per portarlo da un altro esercente . Dopo aver personalmente contattato il negozio per comunicare la decisione presa, il dipendente mi comunica che i 30 euro lasciati in acconto sarebbero stati trattenuti in quanto il pezzo (in ritardo) era già stato ordinato. Dopo mia educata protesta il dipendente mi dice di scrivere una mail al proprietario; dopo aver scritto mail, il proprietario mi risponde che i 30 euro sono trattenuti per una presunta diagnosi effettuata sul telefono...capisco la crisi causata dal covid, ma trattenersi 30 euro per problemi non causati dal consumatore è veramente triste oltre che un'azione poco limpida...posso solo consigliare di non andare da queste persone... After contacting the shop for collection, the employee informs us of a delay of another two working days caused by the suppliers, my girlfriend then decides to take the phone back to take it to another shopkeeper. After personally contacting the shop to communicate the decision made, the employee informs me that the 30 euros left on account would be withheld as the (overdue) piece had already been ordered. After my polite protest the employee tells me to write an email to the owner; after writing an email, the owner replies that the 30 euros are withheld for an alleged diagnosis made on the phone ... I understand the crisis caused by the covid, but to withhold 30 euros for problems not caused by the consumer is really sad as well as an action not very clear ... I can only advise not to go to these people ...

I needed to charge my phone and they allowed me and I went off to a cafe recommended by one person working there which was exactly what i needed while i was waiting for my phone to charge. If anyone is in Rome and need assistance with their phones this is the place it's near ottivano train station and the not far from the Vatican. Top place and thank u for helping me.
