★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just like any computer shop, they take your money and hand you over the product. Don't expect anything more than that in the customer relationship department. Just spent €2K on a computer, came back with an issue, they just denied any further help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great premium Apple reseller store with a lot of Apple products and accessories. I found what I was looking for. Otherwise I had to go to the official Apple store which is located about 10 kilometers from downtown. This store is just a little bit further from where all the shops are, but it’s definitely worth the walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a product at 7pm and tried to return it the next morning as soon as they opened at 10am and they wouldn’t give me a refund because of their “policy” which they couldn’t show or explain to me properly. I couldn’t believe it. These guys should not be representing Apple and I will be reporting them for unfair practices. If they want to promote themselves as Premium Apple Resellers then they should follow the same values and service. I would recommended you stay away from this shop and go directly to the Apple store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sure the help seems fantastic at first point, but be aware that advise may or may not be truthful. The advise that I got is that the product I was about to acquire would be compatible with other apple products. Unfortunately this was not the case. They did not want to take the product back (which was in perfect state, and presented the day after the acquisition). The Italian law of 'diritto di recesso', seems not to apply in this shop.
In the official apple store you get personalised advise, they check compatibility and take back are an option within 14 days. Shame on this 'premium' reseller! Not worth the trouble. Customer service stops the moment they have your money. In my experience the aftercare is simply despicable and unlawful.
