Al solito, esattamente come per tutti i concorrenti, raramente i servizi sono della qualità che ci si aspetterebbe in un regime nominalmente di concorrenza, e per i quali si paga.
Comunque, esperienza positiva.

As usual, just as with all competitors, services are rarely of the quality you would expect in a nominally competitive regime, and for which you pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale è maleducato, ho chiesto info come possibile utilizzare Apple Watch con esim, ma mi parlava ad alta voce(strillando) come con un incapace, ovviamente sono andato via... non ci andrò mai più in questo negozio!!!
The staff is rude, I asked for info how to use Apple Watch with esim, but he spoke to me loudly (screaming) as with a clueless, obviously I left ... I will never go to this shop again !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non si meritano neanche una stella, mi hanno venduto una ricaricabile con vincolo di 24 mesi quando avevo più volte chiesto se ci fossero vincoli nel contratto. Purtroppo è il contratto che vale, ma i dipendenti rappresentano l’azienda e dovrebbero fornire spiegazioni quantomeno VERE.
Pessimo.
You do not even deserve a star, they sold me with a rechargeable 24-month bond when I was repeatedly asked if there were constraints in the contract. Unfortunately the contract is worth, but the employees represent the company and should provide explanations at least TRUE.
Very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was sold a phone card for 35€, contract works giving 30Giga one month and anywhere else in Europe 3Giga. 10€ to renew.Worked as described was great in Italy but ran into problems outside their country. “Per sapere i GIGA disponibili in UE vai su My3, tre.it o chiama gratis il +393933934077. Al termine del traffico incluso navigherai al costo di 0,549!!! cent/MB” calling the customer service gratis number it didn’t connect with my phone as it was giga only. Called with other phone was useless as putting you on wait in Italian. Don’t want to pay 0.55 € per MB So I bought another non 3italia phone card for my needs in another EU country. Falsely informed and sold a overpriced over promised product.
