β β β β β I received the worst service today at the store on via Cola di Rienzo. A representative had told me my phone would get 3g service when I showed him the "E" for Edge that my phone was getting with TIM service. So I signed up for Vodafone. 2 days later when the service was activated, all I got was Edge. I went back to the store for a refund, as I did not get what was promised. Although my original rep was there, another rep talked to me and told me everything that I said about this situation was a lie, and to leave the store without refund. There was no misunderstanding, as I had translated my situation into Italian. I have never had such "service" in my life. I would give a minus 5 if I could.

β β β β β Liars and Scammers! I went in to recharge my existing sim card for 3 months, I was told I would receive 25GB each month but instead he gave me 8GB for one month and pocketed the rest of the money!! One month in when I realise something is wrong and go into a different vodafone store (as I am not anywhere near Rome and won't be again) to resolve the issues and they say all that can be done is go to the original store. This is ridiculous and unacceptable behaviour!

β β β β β The "take a number" machine was out of paper and there was no obvious place to queue. I waited 30min for one employee helping a couple to free up before I gave up waiting. Other people who arrived after me were able to snag an employee somehow; maybe if you're pushy, you get service?

β β β β β Honestly the worst customer service I have ever received EVER. Tourists beware. I purchased a SIM card here to use in Italy and they provided me with a faulty chip and when I arrived to explain this the awful lady did not even check my sim she simply said I had to pay up 10 Euros for something that was obviously a flaw from the company. Lack of sympathy and rude. If you want to deal with competent staff I suggest you seek out another Vodafone store we went to the one near Ottavino and they were a delight.

β β β β β Terrible customer service, avoid at all costs. Only interested in taking your money and makes no effort to resolve any issues that THEY have caused. With no fault of my own I was expected to pay 10 euros to rectify their error. The staff made zero effort to understand my issues and assured me that I must pay an additional fee to fix something that never worked for me in the first place. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing another product from them in the future.

β β β β β Liers! They are nice to you just till you pay or you get their services! I went there to interrupt my internet service because of changing my home. The guy there suggested me another Vodafon cheaper, for my new home. He said without interrupting your line , we can transfer it to your new home. Many times I confirmed with him that tell me exactly if there is additional costs in future cause it happened to me before, he said i swear there is no more things and you must pay 29β¬ monthly, thatβs all. When I got my first bill ,it was 138β¬. I came there to ask him the reason. He in a rude way passed me to the other clerk there and they told me that i had to interrupt the previous line, which is a big lieee!!! He never told me that!!! And as I said he act very un polite instead of apologizing! They purposely did it to me to get extra money from my account! Horrible for a big company which people trust!!! Never go back there
