★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I read many reviews here about poor customer service at this store, but it was recommended by a friend at the USO office nearby, so gave it a try. There were three people working there. A younger man, an older fat guy, and a woman named Flavia. Flavia was standing near the door when I came in and understood that I just wanted a SIM that would work for my iPhone 5. She gave me the SIM, told me to wait an hour before I tried it, and charged me €35. I've since put it in the phone and it works just fine. I recommend talking with Flavia. She's a fan of the Twilight television series, and has visited Forks, Washington, USA where it was filmed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a bit nervous to go here after reading reviews but had wonderful customer service. The woman that I dealt with spoke some English and was very helpful in providing a Sim for my travels. Only problem was that it was quite expensive (€35) but would be the same vodafone-wide I imagine.
FOLLOW UP: Sim card didn't work but went back the following day and the staff swapped it for a working one straight away. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!
