Beh grazie al negozio ho risolto un problema che non li competeva e inoltre mi hanno anche richiamato per darmi la buona notizia. La chiamata non era necessaria eppure sono stati gentili nel farmela.
Credo, essendo un cliente vodafone, che da oggi in poi per qualsiasi problema della scheda, recherò da loro.
I went to the shop for an Amazon return where they had a bug in the system. Well thanks to the shop I solved a problem that was not their concern and they also called me back to give me the good news. The call was unnecessary and yet they were kind to me.
I believe, being a vodafone customer, that from now on for any problem with the card, I will go to them.

Personale gentile e professionale.
Non mi hanno chiesto mai nulla anche quando non avevo stampato l'etichetta di spedizione quindi meglio di cosi non si può.
I receive and send with Vinted and I must say that I am fine.
Friendly and professional staff.
They never asked me for anything even when I hadn't printed the shipping label so it doesn't get any better than this.
