★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale sempre gentile e disponibile a soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti. Vendono telefoni, accessori e altri articoli correlati (router, accessori per computer, etc.) ed è presente anche una piccola selezione di articoli usati.
Vi consiglio anche il centro Vodafone subito accanto che è dello stesso proprietario e lavora con la stessa serietà. Ciao!
Staff always friendly and willing to meet customer needs. They sell phones, accessories and other related items (routers, computer accessories, etc.) and there is also a small selection of used items.
I also recommend the Vodafone center next door which is of the same owner and works with the same seriousness. Hello!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ogni volta che ho avuto un problema mi hanno aiutato con cortesia e simpatia. Meno male che esistono ragazzi così bravi e competenti. La Tim dovrebbe essere fiera di avere tali dipendenti che consolidano il rapporto con i clienti.
Whenever I had a problem they helped me with kindness and sympathy. Good thing there are guys so talented and competent. Tim should be proud of having these employees consolidate their relationship with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto sostituire il display del mio telefono in tempi discretamente brevi (1h 30m), tutto ok tranne qualche piccolo "svalvolamento" della tastiera che prima non avevo nonostante il display rotto, la nota negativa è che il Jack d'entrata cuffie non funziona più nonostante due ulteriori tentativi di ripristino da parte loro. Edit 19/05/2020: facevo prima a comprarlo nuovo, display che peggiora di giorno in giorno, a volte non riesco nemmeno a tirare giù le notifiche con lo scorrimento verticale e devo riavviare. 75 euro buttati nel cesso. Buon lavoro.
I had the display of my phone replaced in a fairly short time (1h 30m), everything ok except for some small "swerving" of the keyboard that I did not have before despite the broken display, the negative note is that the headphone jack input no longer works despite two further recovery attempts on their part. Edit 19/05/2020: I used to buy it new before, a display that gets worse every day, sometimes I can't even pull down the notifications with the vertical scrolling and I have to restart. 75 euros thrown in the toilet. Good job.
