★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il mio rasoio Braun Sixtant 5330 a fare controllare in quanto da un po' di giorni non radeva più come prima. Premesso che stiamo parlando di un rasoio che ha un'età e di questo ne sono consapevole e che al momento dell'accettazione mi è stato detto che per quel rasoio non esistevano più pezzi di ricambio, ho deciso ugualmente di lasciare il rasoio per un controllo, confidando che aprendo il rasoio sarebbe venuta fuori qualche anomalia. Ritirato il rasoio dopo alcuni giorni, lo stesso andava esattamente come prima e, cioè non radeva. Ho portato il rasoio in un altro centro assistenza e dopo il controllo, hanno accertato che il problema consisteva nel sostituire le molle di oscillazione e ora rade perfettamente ed è tornato come nuovo (costo dell'intervento € 10,00). Ho pagato € 15,00 per taratura e lubrificazione (senza risolvere nulla) ma chi ha aperto non si è reso conto che le suddette molle erano da sostituire. Scortesi e incompetenti. (15 euro buttati, oltre il tempo perso per i due viaggi per portare e riprendere il rasoio partendo da San Giovanni).

Given that we are talking about a razor that has an age and I am aware of this and that at the time of acceptance I was told that there were no more spare parts for that razor, I also decided to leave the razor for a check. , trusting that by opening the razor some anomaly would come out. Withdrawing the razor after a few days, the same went exactly as before and, that is, it did not shave. I took the razor to another service center and after the check, they ascertained that the problem consisted of replacing the oscillation springs and now it shaves perfectly and is back as new (cost of the intervention € 10.00). I paid € 15.00 for calibration and lubrication (without solving anything) but whoever opened it did not realize that the aforementioned springs had to be replaced. Rude and incompetent. (15 euros thrown away, plus the time lost for the two trips to bring and retrieve the razor starting from San Giovanni).
