Devo Riacquistare altro materiale, per Cui .....! L'Unico rammarico è che non ci si Può Andare in Automobile, Bisogna Prendere la Metro ! Per il resto è OK !

Alessandra (che ringrazio infinitamente) me lo ha risolto SUBITO. Addirittura montando il pezzo di ricambio direttamente sulla scheda, rapidamente e con eccellente manualità. La differenza tra chi vende e chi offre un servizio in questo negozio è tangibile. Ho trovato cortesia, simpatia ma soprattutto ESTREMA COMPETENZA. Tra l'altro molto fornito per qualsiasi tipo di emergenza. Grazie ancora!

Pensate che hanno anche appeso vicino alla cassa un titolo di studio in “comunicazione”, mah...consiglierei “buona educazione”. Avevo bisogno di una presa riduttore, dopo attesa di quasi dieci minuti (la titolare litigava al telefono con qualcuno) mi sento dire “dica”...magari ci stava un “scusi l’attesa” o altro. Poi mi dà dell’incompetente...vero, perchè faccio un altro lavoro, ma non mi sembra un approccio da “comuinicatrice”.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cordialità, competenza, onesta.un Negozio gestito in maniera professionale ma che ha ancora il sapore di negozio di quartiere dove oltre che trovare il ricambio tanto agognato vi era l'artigiano o il tecnico che ti spiegava come risolvere peccato che negozi simili stanno scomparendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buon giorno .Il negozio mi ricorda molto i vecchi tempi passati..quando ho frequentato l istituto professionale e poi un annetto l istituto tecnico, ..peccato pultroppo che questo mestiere ,di radiotecnico stia via via morendo se non e già morto pultroppo e devo dire peccato anche che non e più il caro bel negozio di un tempo..molto poco fornito rispetto ad allora..pero d altronde si capisce perché.. un po ia gente non ripara più un po internet e chi più ne ha più ne metta.. peccato però. Complimenti alla figlia della signora che c'era prima molto disponibile e gentile
