Su appuntamento aggiustano gli apparecchi Apple e Samsung anche solo in 1/2 ora a prezzi decisamente concorrenziali. L'ambiente è confortevole, il personale decisamente disponibile. Consigliato! A service center and very professional repair. By appointment they fix Apple and Samsung devices even in 1/2 hour at very competitive prices. The environment is comfortable, the very helpful staff. Recommended!

Li ho conosciuti prima come centro assistenza e visto che mi sono trovato benissimo,(mi hanno risolto il problema in 40 minuti e a prezzi onestissimi) ho deciso di affidarmi a loro anche per l'acquisto dello smartphone. 10 e lode! Like every year I rely on them for the purchase of my new iphone. They are always at the forefront and have competitive prices. I met them first as an assistance center and since I had a great time (they solved the problem in 40 minutes and at very honest prices) I decided to rely on them also for the purchase of the smartphone. 10 and praise!

Vado in negozio e chiedo di acquistare un huawei modello p 8 lite 2017 mi rispondono che non è presente in negozio ma si può ordinare presso di loro. Torno il giorno seguente per fare l'ordine e trovo una persona diversa la quale mi chiede nome cognome e numero per farmi richiamare (nessuno lo ha fatto), torno il giorno dopo ancora (terzo giorno) e mi viene proposto l'acquisto di un modello inferiore con un sistema operativo più vecchio. Alla fine dopo aver perso tempo e pazienza vado via per non tornare più. NON FATE ACQUISTI DI CELL IN QUEL NEGOZIO. Bad experience regarding the purchase of two mobile phones (fortunately never happened). I go to the shop and ask to buy a huawei p 8 lite 2017 model, they answer that it is not present in the shop but can be ordered from them. I go back the next day to make the order and find a different person who asks me for my name, surname and number to call me back (nobody did), I come back the next day again (third day) and I am proposed to buy a lower model with an older operating system. In the end after wasting time and patience I go away to never return. DO NOT MAKE CELL PURCHASES IN THAT STORE.

Non mi esprimo sul business dei telefonini bensì proprio su questo servizio per il quale sono disorganizzati, poco professionali (i pacchi sono tutti buttati a terra nel negozio) ed il personale svolge questa attività come se ti facesse un piacere (la signora che mi ha servito è stata molto sgarbata al limite dell’insofferente). Invito le persone che si sono trovate nella stessa situazione a lamentarsi con UPS che certamente può trovare un negozio più consono con cui lavorare. This store has diversified its services by also becoming a UPS parcel collection center. I do not express myself on the mobile phone business but on this service for which they are disorganized, unprofessional (the packages are all thrown on the ground in the shop) and the staff carries out this activity as if it were doing you a favor (the lady who served me was very rude to the limit of the intolerant). I urge people who have found themselves in the same situation to complain to UPS that they can certainly find a more suitable store to work with.
