Hanno individuato immediatamente il problema che affliggeva l'apparecchio e lo hanno risolto in tempi brevissimi con estrema professionalità. Faccio i complimenti a questi ragazzi che sanno rapportarsi con il pubblico pagante e non (nel caso di interventi in garanzia) senza distinzione e sempre con gentilezza. Ho portato il mio Samsung S7 Edge da loro per un problema di burn-in e in un'ora mi hanno sostituito lo schermo. È raro trovare persone così competenti e soprattutto efficienti. Ve li consiglio, su Roma sono semplicemente i migliori. Simply OUTSTANDING! Professionalism, expertise and above all efficient. Io avevo un problema con dei pixel morti sul display del mio note 8 ancora in garanzia. Sostituito completamente il display in maniera perfetta e in più il tecnico, gentilissimo, mi ha risolto diversi problemi che avevo con il sistema e che gli ho fatto presente. Super. Ho telefonato al numero verde Samsung ed una gentile signorina (dalla Romania) mi ha prenotato un appuntamento qui per il giorno successivo. Sono andato e (in garanzia e senza pagare nulla) nel giro di una sola ora hanno sostituito il pezzo difettoso, cambiandomi anche la batteria !!! Quando le cose sono fatte a regola d'arte, bisogna che si sappia !!! FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE My wife's cell phone (an A40 bought on Amazon in July 2019) was no longer charging. I phoned the Samsung toll-free number and a nice lady (from Romania) booked me an appointment here for the next day. I went and (under warranty and without paying anything) within one hour they replaced the defective part, also changing the battery !!! When things are done in a workmanlike manner, we need to know !!!

Mi forniscono la procedura piu veloce per rimediare al mancato funzionamento di un samsung galaxy fit appena comprato e mi sostituiscono in 45 minuti la scheda di un tablet che non si ricaricava piu. Wifi disponibile all interno. Fantastici (e simpatici che non guasta mai :) ) Very courteous and very fast.
