E si è resa disponibile pure a darmi il suo cellulare per contattarla se il problema che avevo si fosse ripresentato. It is rare to meet such a helpful staff as in this Tim Center in via Candia. Thanks to Elena who helped me solve various problems and activate a new contract. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un centro Tim gestito benissimo. Personale disponibile e veloce. Ha risolto problemi anche (per me) complessi ed ho assistito a generosi aiuti anche alle persone anziane o non pratiche di devices. Assolutamente da consigliare.
A very well run Tim center. Helpful and fast staff. It has also solved complex (for me) problems and I have seen generous help even for elderly people or people who are not familiar with devices. Absolutely to be recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tim provider's managers try to cheat tourists. When I had my sim-card and asked for charge only manage tried to sell me sim-card also (which costs 20 euro more). He saw that I had my sim and I told this. I declined my order and tried to go. Manager start to scream he called police. I answered ok call. He was surprised as he knew he lied. So be careful tourists! Use vodafone better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don’t sell the premier cell phone carrier TIM here. When I asked for tim they said Wind is the same thing and I can use it all over Europe. I got a SIM card with “20gb of 4G high speed data that works in all of Europe” for 29 euro. Well that SIM card only worked in Rome. And got connection errors everywhere else. Be warned.
