Furthermore, this Euronics location seems to break European Union Laws regarding defective items. It would be wise if the local authorities launched an investigation into this store’s unethical and unlawful business practices regarding intentionally selling customers defective items and refusing to remedy the situation.

Marked up broken junk with extremely rude and inconsiderate staff. Shop anywhere else, like Unieuro or Amazon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foreigner beware: this store sells broken products and refuses to refund money if you are not an Italian. Luckily, I have a family member who is an Italian citizen and who obtained the correct outcome for me. But be very careful if you are not Italian, this store may look official, but it is fraudulent.
