★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri sera verso la chiusura ho comprato un maglioncino e un gilet. Davvero molti articoli interessanti. Negozio ben sistemato e molto curato. Camerini puliti e personale molto disponibile. Nonostante fosse sabato durante il Black Friday commessi molto attenti e presenti. Volevo sottolineare la cassiera che mi ha servito davvero molto carina e simpatica. Mi ha fatto sorridere in più di un occasione.
Last night around closing I bought a sweater and a vest. Really many interesting articles. Well organized and well-kept shop. Clean dressing rooms and very helpful staff. Although it was Saturday during Black Friday, very attentive and present salespeople. I wanted to point out the cashier who served me really very pretty and nice. It made me smile on more than one occasion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally the worst store with the rudest employees. I tried returning an item which is something I’ve done before and this lady says it’s not possible. What kind of store does not allow refunds?? If I had known this I would’ve never bought anything in the first place. I leave it and come back the next day hoping to meet a nicer person and checking the store refund policy. I meet these two girls and turns out the lady i met yesterday had told them about me. I’m american so I don’t speak italian but I can tell they’re insulting as someone told me that’s what they were doing. I don’t know if it’s the deep rooted racism in italy but this experience was disgusting.
