Excellent Calzedonia store inside the Aura shopping center with convenient free parking for 3 hours. Taken a delicious white swimsuit, 50s style. Returned today 26 December 2019, always all right, I took thermal pants with excellent value for money and a special thanks to Federica for her availability.

C. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che ero stata già in questo store di calzedonia(CENTRO COMMERCIALE AURA)parecchio tempo fa, e devo dire avevo trovato delle commesse a dir poco eccezionali, disponibili ma soprattutto SORRIDENTI. Domenica sono tornata con mia madre e ho trovato tutt'altro servizio: commesse irritate che già ci guardavano male da fuori le porte, né buongiorno né buonasera, commessa con BRACCIA CONSERTE e tono sgarbato ha cominciato a farmi l'elenco di tutte le offerte su vari prodotti alludendo al fatto che se non acquistavo a quel prezzo ero una poveraccia. Premetto che se la stessa recita, l'avesse fatta con un atteggiamento più professionale e più educato, ma soprattutto con un sorriso, sicuramente non mi sarei fermata ad acquistare un solo prodotto . Do comunque 3 stelle perché per fortuna calzedonia ha anche commesse disponibili e cordiali , a me é capitata quella sbagliata. Sunday I went back with my mother and I found a completely different service: irritated orders that already looked at us badly from outside the doors, neither good morning nor good evening, committed with PRESERVED ARMS and rude tone began to list me all the offers on various products alluding to the fact that if I didn't buy at that price I was a poor thing. I state that if the same act had done it with a more professional and more polite attitude, but above all with a smile, I certainly would not have stopped to buy a single product. However, I give 3 stars because fortunately calzedonia also has available and friendly orders, the wrong one happened to me.

Ringrazio in particolare Federica, ha saputo fare con professionalità il suo mestiere senza essere invadente e insistente, e per questo l'ho premiata ed ho acquistato anche ciò che non mi serviva! I congratulate all the staff, young girls but very helpful and able to interpret the tastes and needs of the customer. Ho acquistato un leggings 2 giorni prima del lockdown di Natale e quando il giorno dopo ho provato a cambiarlo perché la taglia era sbagliata non avevano già più disponibilità di quel modello... ho provato più volte a tornare lì per cambiare il prodotto con qualcosa ma qualsiasi cosa vedessi sul sito in quel negozio non era mai disponibile. TREMENDO A DIR POCO! E in più è possibile cambiare la merce SOLO LÌ o in un altro calzedonia che si trova DALL'ALTRA PARTE DI ROMA quando ce ne sono molti altri tra la mia zona e quelle vicine... NON CI TORNERÒ MAI PIÙ Never again in my life! Small shop with little choice. Testuali parole:"E dacce er tempo devono arriva' stamo solo a gennaio!!!!". Poche volte mi e' capitato un simile trattamento nei negozi, resto sconvolta poiché un lavoro di questo tipo richiede un continuo contatto con il pubblico e se non ti piace questo lavoro e non hai come tua peculiarità la pazienza e la gentilezza, puoi sempre cercare altro (piuttosto che fare la figura della cafona) oppure accontentarti e cercare di "fartela prendere bene", come si dice a Roma e ricambiando con lo stesso slang.
