 Always kind and courteous, I go there often and when they don't have a size available they always try to direct me where it is available or they deliver it to them;

The owner is very nice and helpful but the saleswoman does not treat the customer badly with an incorrect way especially when they are foreign like her

Very clean, tidy and fragrant shop.
Wide choice of articles and excellent product arrangement. You manage to enjoy the whole collection clearly.
Very kind and professional staff, they know every single product inside the shop and know how to advise you best.
Every time I come here I feel at home, a bond has now been created with the shop assistants.

The staff is definitely Rude, both the slightly rustic middle-aged gentleman and the saleswoman are decidedly Cafoni.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 stella perché non esiste un punteggio più basso. Negozio apparentemente accogliente, ma vieni smentito appena hai a che fare con il commesso più anziano. Sgraziato è dir poco, tratta i clienti (almeno questo è successo a me) con molta freddezza, arroganza e superficialità. Non ci metterò più piede!
1 star because there is no lower rating. A seemingly cozy shop, but you are proved wrong as soon as you are dealing with the oldest clerk. Clumsy is an understatement, he treats customers (at least this has happened to me) with a lot of coldness, arrogance and superficiality. I won't set foot there again!
