β β β β β Small menβs department selection of clothing compared to womenβs (Iike one/eight of the store only). The experience overall was pleasant, staff spoke English enough to get me to the fitting room :) photos as of feb 2020.

β β β β β Horrible service, horrible stuff! It's a pity that in Rome people not able to run the business. But what I would never tolerate this is aggression to my 6 years old daughter. But I do not blame the brand, because I have been in many shops before in Poland In China in Canada and in the US. In Rome its seems they are not willing to do anything and the stuff allow themself aggression to foreigners and mothers with kids. I would like to recommend to hire people with different backgrounds and those who speaks english and of course who are able to work with kids and foreigners.

β β β β β As mentioned by other reviewers horrible customer service! Bad quality of material! Extremely rude staff! And this seems specific to here in Rome, Italy! I've been to H & M stores in France, UK and Poland, the staff is very helpful and kind.
