Ho portato qui il mio smartphone perché aveva preso qualche goccia di acqua e i pulsanti non funzionavano più correttamente. Mi dicono che faranno un trattamento anticorrosione e che non garantiscono il funzionamento del telefono poi. Tutto nella norma fin qui.
Torno il giorno dopo e mi dicono che lo schermo è rotto e che va sostituito. Io non capisco come sia possibile perché prima di portarlo da loro il telefono si accendeva e lo schermo funzionava. Faccio presente questo fatto e la responsabile inizia a rivolgersi a me in modo aggressivo. Io insisto che lo schermo funzionava e alla fine mi dicono che in realtà il telefono è ancora disassemblato e che non l'hanno ancora provato per vedere se funziona o no. Torno dopo qualche ora; nel frattempo hanno assemblato il telefono che era perfettamente funzionante. Lo schermo non era rotto.
È normale che un centro di assistenza proponga di cambiare uno schermo (funzionante), senza aver riassemblato lo smartphone, quindi prima di aver testato il suo funzionamento? Decidete voi.
Io di sicuro non tornerò, se decidete di rivolgervi a loro fate MASSIMA ATTENZIONE a quello che vi dicono e che vi scrivono sulla bolla.

Aggiornamento dopo qualche mese:
Il retro del telefono ha iniziato a scollarsi, sono molto deluso da come è stato riassemblato.
 Bad experience.
I brought my smartphone here because it had taken a few drops of water and the buttons no longer worked properly. They tell me that they will do an anti-corrosion treatment and that they do not guarantee the functioning of the phone afterwards. All in the norm so far.
I come back the next day and they tell me that the screen is broken and needs to be replaced. I don't understand how this is possible because before taking it to them the phone would turn on and the screen was working. I point this out and the manager begins to approach me aggressively. I insist the screen worked and in the end they tell me that actually the phone is still disassembled and they haven't tried it yet to see if it works or not. I'll be back after a few hours; in the meantime they assembled the phone which was in perfect working order. The screen wasn't broken.
Is it normal that a service center proposes to change a (working) screen, without having reassembled the smartphone, so before having tested its operation? You decide.
I certainly will not return, if you decide to contact them, pay MAXIMUM ATTENTION to what they tell you and what they write on the bill.

Update after a few months:
The back of the phone has started to come unstuck, I am very disappointed with how it has been reassembled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo centro riparazioni, il proprietario è una persona veramente educata e gentile ed il loro tecnico molto preparato e professionale. Ho portato il mio xiaomi note 10 pro con lo schermo rotto e nel giro di mezz'ora circa me lo hanno restituito come nuovo, avevo un piccolo problema di rallentamento e me lo hanno risolto. Sono stata molto contenta del prezzo che è stato migliore rispetto ad altri negozi in cui mi sono fatta fare il preventivo. Che dire sicuramente ritornerò in questo negozio sia se dovessi avere bisogno di altre riparazioni, sia se dovrò acquistare dei prodotti nuovi, ho visto che hanno anche smartphone e pc a prezzi competitivi. Excellent repair center, the owner is a very polite and kind person and their technician is very knowledgeable and professional. I brought my xiaomi note 10 pro with the screen broken and within about half an hour they returned it to me as new, I had a small slowdown problem and they fixed it for me. I was very happy with the price which was better than other shops where I got a quote. What can I say I will definitely return to this shop both if I need other repairs, and if I have to buy new products, I have seen that they also have smartphones and PCs at competitive prices. I will recommend it to friends and family, it was a really nice discovery. Thanks Iphone Tech

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno, ho portato il mio samsung A30s che mi era caduto nel water. ero disperata perche' li dentro avevo tutta la mia vita. Mi hanno accolta con vera professionalita'. Mi hanno riparato il display dopo aver fatto un lavaggio e il telefono ha ricominciato a funzionare senza problemi. Consigliatissimo e veramente bravi.
Hello, I took my samsung A30s that had fallen into the toilet. I was desperate because I had my whole life in there. They welcomed me with real professionalism. They fixed my display after doing a wash and the phone started working again without any problems. Highly recommended and really good.
