Per spiegare il problema ho parlato con tre persone differenti nell'arco di una giornata ,l'ultima delle quali non aveva idea di cosa stessi parlando, come se fosse la prima chiamata che facevo nessuno ;dei precedenti si era preso il disturbo di prendere un appunto relativo al problema del divano o a quello avuto con i trasportatori che mi hanno lasciato, tra le altre cose, il divano vecchio, in casa, in quanto si sono rifiutati di accettare il bancomat come pagamento . Mi hanno poi mandato una mail per dire che sarebbero intervenuti per risolvere, ma ad oggi 10 gg dopo non si è più fatto vivo nessuno. Super efficienti di contro al momento della vendita...Mai più. Defective item (relaxation sofa). Rude transporters beyond the tolerable limit. Ieri pomeriggio trovandomi presso via Gregorio settimo decido di visitare alcuni Store con nomi più o meno conosciuti ebbene entro in Poltronesofà con un po' di dubbi.....tanta pubblicità, tante promozioni, grande azienda, mi domando.... saranno anche professionali e preparati....SI, lo sono e molto. Siamo stati accolti da un ragazzo giovane di nome Thiago, gentile, molto preparato e propositivo. Ha trovato con naturalezza e professionalità le soluzioni adatte alle mie richieste, di sicuro acquisterò il mio divano presso questo negozio. Bravissimi.....molto consigliato. I negozi di divani e mobili non sapevo chiudessero per pranzo!!! Da me molti sono aperti... I must say that I am disappointed to have found it closed. Ha saputo consigliarci con professionalità e buon gusto. Avremmo gradito sulla copia del contratto d'acquisto un immagine del divano scelto più grande e magari a colori.
