Il primo grazie va a Simone che ha capito subito le nostre esigenze ed ha fatto un progetto stupendo oltre a dei render grandiosi (ci è dispiaciuto tantissimo quando in corso d’opera ci ha comunicato che l’azienda non gli ha rinnovato il suo contratto). Il secondo grazie va ai montatori! Precisi, scrupolosi e pulitissimi! Il nostro piccolo sogno si è realizzato! Kitchen assembled today! Simply perfect! The first thanks goes to Simone who immediately understood our needs and made a wonderful project as well as some great renderings (we were very sorry when in the course of construction he informed us that the company has not renewed his contract) . B	Beatrice Giannuzzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cucine belle sennò non L’ avrei comprata SERVIZIO PESSIMO!!!SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE DI USARE QUESTI FORNITORI PROBLEMI AVUTI: Top della cucina consegnato sbagliato sia come colore sia come misure (3 mesi per venirlo a sostituire) chiaramente non sto qui ad indicare tutti i disagi avuti nello smontare e rimontare il top. È stato come fare un secondo trasloco della cucina perché L abbiamo dovuta svuotare per permettere di rimuovere La colonna forno. Laterali della cucina non consegnati (1 mese per poterli avere) Pensile arrivato con misure sbagliate (quello sbagliato me Lo hanno lasciato a casa 2 mesi dopo i quali finalmente mi hanno consegnato quello giusto. sono stata a casa con questo scatolone ingombrante per 2 mesi!!!mi chiedo perché non lo abbiamo riportato indietro nel momento in cui si sono accorti che il pezzo era sbagliato) 2 ante armadio e cucina misure sbagliate (altri 2 mesi per averle) Piano cottura graffiato (3 mesi per averne uno nuovo) Pattumiera consegnata rotta (ancora non mi è arrivata la nuova) Visto che il top della cucina è arrivato sbagliato il giorno che poi mi hanno mandato quello giusto servivano delle ventose per rimuovere il top vecchio da un tavolo (era stato specificato più volte che quel giorno avrebbero dovuto portare le ventose per rimuovere il pesante top) non le hanno portate arrecando così ulteriore ritardo Devo aggiungere altro? Beautiful kitchens otherwise I would not have bought it BAD SERVICE !!! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND USING THESE SUPPLIERS PROBLEMS HAD: Kitchen top delivered wrong both in color and in size (3 months to come and replace it) clearly I'm not here to indicate all the inconvenience I had in disassembling and reassembling the top. It was like making a second kitchen move because we had to empty it to allow for removal The oven column. Undelivered kitchen sides (1 month to have them) Wall unit arrived with wrong measurements (the wrong one me They left it at home 2 months after which they finally gave me the right one. I've been home with this bulky box for 2 months !!! I wonder why we didn't bring it back the moment they realized the piece was wrong) 2 wardrobe and kitchen doors wrong measurements (another 2 months to get them) Scratched hob (3 months to get a new one) Dustbin delivered broken (I haven't received the new one yet) Since the kitchen top arrived wrong on the day they sent me the right one, they needed suction cups to remove the old top from a table (it was specified several times that that day they would have to bring suction cups to remove the heavy top) they did not bring them, thus causing further delay Do I need to add more?
