★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho contattato il centro assistenza il 17 agosto per un problema e ho parlato con Raimond che oltre ad essere stato gentile e paziente è molto preparato e professionale ed ha risolto il mio problema telefonicamente in pochi minuti!
Con mia grande sorpresa non ha nemmeno voluto essere pagato!!! Non esiterò ad andare da loro la prima volta che ne avrò ancora bisogno!
I contacted the assistance center on August 17th for a problem and I spoke to Raimond who in addition to being kind and patient is very knowledgeable and professional and solved my problem by phone in a few minutes!
To my surprise he didn't even want to get paid !!! I will not hesitate to go to them the first time I need them again!

I brought my laptop in for assistance what I found was kindness, professionalism, total availability and the willingness to please the customer. I am sending anyone with computer problems to them and never once have they not thanked me for the advice. I recommend them! !!
