★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asolutame sconsigliato!!! Sono andato a cambiare il display a un telefono spendendo 70€ ..., dopo nemmeno un mese il display a smesso da un secondo ad un altro di funzionare..., mentre parlavo al telefono.!
Ritorno nel negozio da loro.... , e mi dicono che il mancato funzionamento e dovuto a me, xke secondo loro il telefono era caduto x terra , (assolutamente non vero). Mi hanno proposto di ripagarlo 50 € poi 40€...,non volevano cambiarlo in garanzia . ( non lo più cambiato da loro il display)
Sono rimasto fregato di 70 € !!!!

Absolutely not recommended !!! I went to change the display on a phone for 70 € ..., after less than a month the display stopped working for one second to another ..., while I was talking on the phone.!
I return to the shop to them ...., and they tell me that the failure is due to me, xke according to them the phone had fallen to the ground, (absolutely not true). They offered me to pay it back 50 € then 40 € ..., they didn't want to change it for warranty. (no longer changed by them the display)
I was cheated of 70 € !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono passato per il cambio sim della Ho, hanno messo fuori alla vetrina del negozio il cartello " server - terminali bloccati, solo passaggio a vodafone a 9,99€ ." Sono passato in altro negozio a via cogoleto a qualche km vicino, i terminali funzionavano perfettamente... Forse ci stanno provando a ... nemmeno una stella avrei dato... Purtroppo non ho fatto la foto dei cartelli attacati, forse la prossima volta tocca registrare? Non ero il solo che avete mandato via... Vabbe... Buonasera.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto problemi con una sim comprata online e loro, nonostante siano punto autorizzato di quella determinata compagnia, non ne hanno voluto sapere di aiutarmi. Mi hanno dato informazioni false per togliermi dai piedi e quando gliel'ho fatto notare il proprietario mi ha gridato addosso con testuali parole: "se volevi l'aiuto venivi qua a farte la scheda e già ce l'avevi, mo noi non c'entramo niente quindi te ne devi annà!"
Ditemi voi se questo è il modo di interagire con la clientela, veramente maniere da cavernicoli!
I had problems with a sim bought online and they, despite being an authorized point of that particular company, did not want to help me. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono stato più volte in questo negozio. Hanno smartphone e tablet anche usati ma i prezzi sono elevati comunque per le recenti generazioni di apparecchi. Offrono vari servizi di contrattistica per compagnie telefoniche e sim, ricarica e quant'altro. Offrono assistenza e riparazione di aggeggi elettronici ed infine hanno anche materiale elettrico. La cosa che però più rimane impressa on questo negozio è sicuramente la poca cortesia del personale, invece di servisti ti affrontano!
I have been there several times in this shop. They also have used smartphones and tablets but the prices are still high for recent generations of devices. They offer various contracting services for telephone and SIM companies, top-ups and so on. They offer assistance and repair of electronic gadgets and finally they also have electrical equipment.
