Ho comprato un anello da mignolo il 7 marzo quando gia non girava un anima per roma. Siamo stati chiusi per lock down e quel anello e stato nel suo sacchetto di velluto fino ad agosto quando mi accorgo che un brillantino mancava. Mi reco li e a distanza di due mesi dove non sono stata avvisata dei 12 euro per un pezzo di vetro riattaccato, alzano pure la voce perche non sanno come discolparsi. Forse due ragazze si salvano in quanto a cortesia. Il lavoro fatto l ho pagato per carità. Ma prima di tutto comunicarmi la spesa sarebbe stato corretto. A vendere siete bravi a riparare per niente. La clientela va assistita a 360 gradi. Mi trovo anche io nel commercio e non mi trovo quando ho davanti persone ineducate pronte a prendere per i fondelli. Sconsigliato. Imparate a vendere meglio.
