Mentre negli altri, alla mia richiesta di info su un cambio terminale, sono stato sommerso di poco chiare proposte e tentativi di farmi sottoscrivere offerte che nulla avevano a che fare con le mie necessitá, qui ho incontrato una ragazza, gentile, disponibile e soprattutto molto intelligente, che ha avuto la pazienza di illustrarmi a fondo tutte le possibilitá che avevo col mio contratto, e senza insistenze, ma con grandissima professionalitá mi ha venduto quello che volevo, ma non riuscivo ad avere da mesi. Vorrei ringraziare Noemi che con i suoi modi, la sua gentilezza e grandissima capacitá comunicativa è riuscita dove altri suoi colleghi avevano fallito. Complimenti a lei, che rende un grande servizio alla vostra azienda e allo store di piazza mazzini. Lo consiglio vivamente.

While in the others, to my request for info on a terminal change, I was inundated with unclear proposals and attempts to get me to sign offers that had nothing to do with my needs, here I met a girl, kind, helpful and above all very intelligent, who had the patience to explain to me in depth all the possibilities that I had with my contract, and without insistence, but with great professionalism sold me what I wanted, but I could not have for months. I would like to thank Noemi who, with her ways, her kindness and great communication skills, succeeded where her other colleagues had failed.
