★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono trovata benissimo !!! i ragazzi dello store sono stati veloci efficienti e gentilissimi. Pochi giorni fa sono andata a cambiare gestore per la mia sim, sono bastati pochi minuti quelli che bastavano per spiegarmi tutto con pazienza e rapidità.
Per qualsiasi necessità io ve li consiglio vivamente !!!
 I had a great time !!! the guys in the store were fast, efficient and very kind. A few days ago I went to change manager for my sim, just a few minutes were enough to explain everything to me with patience and speed.
For any need I highly recommend them !!!

Finally today I was able to talk to someone who works in this shop but it was worth trying again and waiting patiently to make it ✌️. So far, kind and comprehensive helpful above all. Thanks Valerio ? continues so that knowing how to listen is not for everyone.

Mi hanno risolto rapidamente, e senza intoppi, una situazione tecnico-commerciale non comune e piuttosto intrigata. Sempre con competenza, educazione e pazienza, badando anche a rassicurarmi lungo l'iter un po' articolato.
I was very impressed by the professionalism of these people, in particular of Valerio. They solved an uncommon and rather intrigued technical-commercial situation for me quickly and smoothly. Always with competence, education and patience, also taking care to reassure myself along the somewhat articulated process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bravissimi ed efficientissimi nel fare i contratti, molto poco disponibili nell'assistenza. Non rispondono al telefono, solo whatsapp cosicché si deve perdere il doppio del tempo, la spiegazione per il montaggio del modem (devi farlo da te) è condiscendente e del tutto insufficiente, hanno gestito i miei problemi di linea derivanti dal nuovo modem con totale indifferenza. Ho risolto con il numero verde che mi ha mandato un tecnico in un'ora. Fosse stato per loro avrei aspettato almeno due giorni (almeno)
Very good and very efficient in making contracts, very little available in assistance. They don't answer the phone, only whatsapp so you have to waste twice as much time, the explanation for assembling the modem (you have to do it yourself) is condescending and totally insufficient, they handled my line problems deriving from the new modem with total indifference . I solved with the toll free number that a technician sent me in an hour. Had it been for them I would have waited at least two days (at least)

I would go into detail about how incredibly rude and disrespectful they were to me (and impossible to contact), but that would require me to waste even more of my energy on this joke of a company. I am done wasting breath, anger, and time on them. If I could give 0 stars, I would. They don’t deserve to exist.
